| Jared Herd serves as the Creative Director of the XP3 curriculum. He is considered by many to be one of today's freshest communicators. Over the past few years, Jared has been traveling the country sharing the hope of Jesus with a humorous and captivating approach that has reached thousands of teenagers and college students. He is also one of the featured communicators at BigStuf Camps in Panama City Beach, Florida, each summer. | ![]() |
Tim Walker
| As the former editor of YouthWalk magazine for almost a decade, Tim serves as the lead editor of the XP3 curriculum. A graduate of Lee University, Tim’s experience as a volunteer in student ministry and as a father of a middle schooler brings a different perspective to the XP3 team. Tim is also the co-author of the book Sex180 from Baker Books. Tim and his wife, Jennifer, and their three sons live in Woodstock, GA. | ![]() |
Sarah Bragg
| Sarah has worked with students in ministry for more than ten years and worked in full-time student ministry for six years. She is a communicator and author of the book, Body. Beauty. Boys. The Truth About Girls and How We See Ourselves (from New Hope Publishers). She has a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Sarah speaks regularly to large audiences of teen girls, singles and women in church settings, at schools, at retreats and at conferences. She came to The reThink Group in 2006 to help create and develop the XP3 curriculum and strategy. She and her husband, Scott, and daughter Sinclair live in Alpharetta, GA. | ![]() |
Kristen Ivy
| Kristen was a high school teacher for two years before leaving to attend seminary. She recently graduated with a Masters of Divinity. Kristen works at The reThink Group, Inc. as the executive editor for FamilyTimes and as part of the XP3 team. Kristen has been a high school small group leader for ten years. She and her husband Matt live in Alpharetta, Georgia. | ![]() |
Sarah Anderson
| Sarah is a graduate of Grove City College, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religion and a minor in Christian Ministry. She moved to Atlanta in the fall of 2004 for a job in the children’s ministry at North Point Community Church where she worked for two years. While there, she also volunteered in their high school ministry. Following North Point, Sarah worked for DASH Student Ministries for a year and a half before 7 Checkpoints merged with The reThink Group in May of 2008. Sarah and her husband, Rodney, a teaching and youth pastor at Mountain Lake Church, love being able to use their gifts together to help students discover a wonder and passion for God. | ![]() |
Kristie McCollister
| Kristie comes to the XP3 via our merge with the 7 Checkpoints and serves as the XP3 Partner Development Director. She is a graduate of Furman University with a BA in Religion and has been involved with youth ministry in a variety of ways for much of the past 20 years . . . everything from serving as the Director of Youth Ministries at a church in Dalton, Ga. to small group leader at Inside/Out (the student ministry at North Point Community Church). She currently serves as a Coach to small group leaders for Inside/Out and lives in Alpharetta, Ga. | ![]() |
Stuart Hall
| In addition to serving as the Director of Training for XP3, Stuart provides vision and leadership for a highly effective non-profit organizations (DASH INC), deeply desires to develop spiritually influential students who engage culture, partners with great organizations like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes to develop students as leaders, travels and speaks to thousands of students and leaders each year, has coauthored three books (The Seven Checkpoints: Seven Principles Every Teenager Needs to Know, MAX Q: Developing Students of Influence and Wired: For a Life of Worship, Leaders Edition), is working on authoring one or two more, laughs incessantly, coaches his daughters’ basketball teams, relishes watching his son play football and basketball and his daughters play basketball and soccer, and loves his beautiful wife Kellee with every fiber of his being. | ![]() |
